Please note that there is a 7-day window for exchanges or returns, starting from the day you receive the order.
You can expect a response from the Healing Pharma Team within 2–3 business days.

Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted if:
· The packaging is soiled or damaged after handling.
· The product or packaging is tampered with.
· The invoice is missing.
· The return and replacement window has expired.
· The product is missing.
· The original box and packaging are missing.
Products that have been delivered are not eligible for return or replacement under the following circumstances:
· Insufficient information regarding the order issue.
· Failure to provide images of the box, package, and receipt (if applicable).
In the case of a return or refund, it will be processed via UPI transfer, bank transfer, or credit card refund. Please allow 2-3 business days for online refunds after we have received the product.
Transactions through NetBanking may take 5–7 business days after the refund is initiated from our end.
